John was born in San Diego to a Navy submarine family and and several times over the first 14 years of his life, finally settling in his parents native Pennsylvania. He comes from a background of 22 years in construction, both trades and management and brings all the technical trade and project management skills to bear when working with his real estate clients. John attended Mount Saint Mary's University in Emmitsburg, MD studying Political Science and International Relations primarily, and his skills in these areas give him a unique insight into how to bargain on behalf of and protect clients effectively in an everchanging market. John served 12 years as a United States Marine and was deployed to South Florida after Hurricane Andrew and helped in the recovery of Homestead and Florida City. A combat veteran, John was honored with the Combat Action Ribbon and Navy Achievement medal for merit and courage under fire. John learned important skills in leadership, teamwork and the Operational Arts unique to the armed forces, and brings them to bear in his Real Estate career to serve buyers and sellers. John entered the Real Estate world in order to be his own boss and share his unique experiences with a business partner who was himself a licensed realtor and hasn’t looked back. John lives in Jacksonville with his widowed father, a retired Navy Submarine Medical Officer. He spends his free time working out, coaching wrestling, volunteering at his church and discussing family history with his father. He is an AVID ancestry and geneology student.
